Why Easter?
What’s the BIG deal about Easter? It proves once and for all what Jesus Christ said was true: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die” (John 11:25-26; NIV).
Everyone Dies
The one thing we can all agree on, no matter what your religion or faith or philosophy is: all of us will die a physical death. We see it before our very eyes every day. It’s non-disputable. While it doesn’t matter what religion or faith you follow to know that we all die a physical death, what DOES matter is to know what happens to you AFTER you die a physical death.
Only God Can Save You
If you feel a prompting in your heart, maybe something you have never felt before like a stirring, it may be God drawing you to accept His Son as your Lord and Savior. Ephesians 2:8-9 (NASB) says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast.”
What to Say
Invite Christ into your life. If you don’t know what to say, you can say something like, “Jesus, please come into my life. forgive me of my sins. I proclaim you my Lord and Savior.”
