Painful Reminders
For some, the Holidays are a painful reminder of the past or maybe something that is going on in life right now. There is a solution.
1 of 3 Stages
We are all in one of three stages of life…IN a crisis, coming OUT of a crisis, or about ready to go in TO a crisis that we had no idea was coming. The key to being able to get through what seems impossible to get through… is to be prepared. It doesn’t mean we are going to win every battle, but we can win the war.
What Others Say About You Does Not Matter
A lot of people who are quick to tell you WHO you are…but what matters is what Jesus Christ says about WHOSE you are. Jesus said this about you in John 15:18-22 – “If the people of this world hate you, just remember that they hated me first. If you belonged to the world, its people would love you. But you don’t belong to the world. I have chosen you to leave the world behind, and that is why its people hate you.”
Why It Matters Jesus Came
Christ came to earth the FIRST time to be sin for us, to pay for our sins, past, present, and future. Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
From Guilty to Acquittal
When you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are judged innocent, guilt-free, no matter what you have ever done. Romans 6:22 says, “But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.”
