Why should we be concerned either way if Hell is real or not?

The topic of hell is dead serious and must be settled for everyone because the knowledge of hell has eternal consequences.

One Thing Everyone Agrees On

Regardless of political party or religion affiliation, no one escapes dying. Whether someone believes in a real hell or not, we are all still going to die. The thing that we DON’T know, is WHEN we are going to die.

Why Is There Hell?

If God is such a good God, why would He create Hell? First we must acknowledge the inseparable link between God’s justice and God’s love. Hell exists because God is just and holy, not because He is a harsh God. For those who have decided to reject His love and grace, Hell is their last resting place.

Does God Like to Punish People?

Ezekiel 33:11 (NASB) says, “Say to them, ‘As I live!’ declares the Lord God, ‘I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you die, O house of Israel?'”

What most people have never done is to study what the Bible says about hell. And what people determine as their source of truth will determine their belief, or disbelief, about hell.
